Our Collective

Rosanna Iacono
Rosanna is a seasoned strategist, Board Director and C-Suite executive with 25 years experience working with some of the world’s leading brands. This includes 16 years internationally with global icons Nike and Levi’s, and C-suite roles in Australia including with Private Equity-backed businesses delivering successful exits of market-leading brands like Sheridan and Jurlique.

Equipped with a deep belief that Purpose sits at the heart of sustainable business, Rosanna now uses her experience and global skill set to help ambitious businesses and their leaders develop successful growth and exit strategies. Her key practice areas are lean strategic planning, business modeling, brand strategy, and category, channel and geographic expansion.  

Rosanna is also passionate advocate of conscious capitalism and diversity, championing sustainable business practice and diverse leadership. Rosanna sits on two not-for-profit boards and advises emerging business leaders, providing strategic advice to those negotiating complex stakeholder relationships and navigating disruptive change.


Rob Shwetz
Rob brings his diverse experience from having spent 20 years in executive roles across media, and publishing, including Fairfax, Publicis and MediaCom.  Having completed his MBA in Creative Leadership, he continues to deliver outcome-focused solutions for blue-chip brands. 

As a results-focused strategist, Rob has assisted Australian wool growers to expand markets, used VR to shift behaviour for a government stakeholder audience, connected influencers with airbnb hosts across 9 destinations, and created the framework for HP to increase share in a declining market.  Forward to 2018, with new technologies connecting people on a scale never previously seen, Rob brings his insight to solutions across media, communications and customer experience.  

Rob has adopted a life-long approach to learning, and applies this to lead and mentor.   He has completed the AICD Company Director’s course, and sits on the advisory board of a not-for-profit, as well as advises on business model innovation in the start-up space.


Phil Brown
Phil has been involved in creating and distributing content for nearly 20 years. He has headed up content and strategy departments for several agencies delivering to major Australian brands including nib, PwC and Qantas. He has also held senior client-side marketing roles with businesses such as Australian Red Cross, ADMA and the Digital Transformation Agency. In both 2016 and 2017, Phil was named one of the Top 10 Linkedin Agency Influencers of the Year.

With a degree in media, and experience across brand, communications and content marketing, Phil shows businesses how to accelerate their growth through content strategy and marketing. He is passionate about how effective strategy unlocks potential in people and businesses to accelerate growth.

A humanitarian and conscious capitalist he believes the actions we take today can bring a bright future for the planet, people and business. He believes volunteering is vital for building strong communities so has held non-executive director and advisory roles on several NFP boards.


Charles Clapshaw
Charles is an internet geriatric having worked for 20 years in mostly digital advertising, as well as design, marketing and brand.

He was once the global digital president at Ad Age's Network of the Decade (TBWA) working on brands such as GE, Apple, Adidas, L'Oreal, LINE, ANZ, Nissan, VISA and also the MD at mega award winning Tequila in Sydney. Before that he was found at P&G and Air New Zealand as well as an airline gone but not forgotten in Australia called Ansett.

However you can mostly find Charles working as an interactive artist these days - or a counter revolutionary - leveraging technologies and seeing what they can become and communicate. His paintings have been exhibited worldwide and is currently represented in London, Paris, Singapore, Bangkok, Bali, Auckland and Sydney.
